Alchemy One took over the very successful business that was Lenzini Engineering. Lenzini's was originally set up 20 years ago and in that time has specialised in providing high specification close tolerance machined components for microscope accessories, packaging machinery, TV camera production and foil wrap machines to name but a few. The business operates 9 varied CNC machines at it's Stanton base and machines in any specification of metal required but including brass, plastics, stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium. We have all the latest relevant software necessary to read and interpret CAD drawings to enable us to directly programme any of the nine machines as required. The fully machined components can be finished to suit your application whether it be natural, beadblast or anodised. The work force has a wealth of experience in al aspects of the use of the machines at it's disposal and we can machie components up to 1m x 0.5m x 0.5m. We also machine and assemble custom built jigs/fixtures and machine jobbing components as required. |
